Wang Huiyao is Founder and President of The Center for China and Globalization, a leading think tank in Beijing. Dr. Wang is a former counselor to the State Council, the country's highest administrative authority. He is also Dean of the Institute of Development at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and a member of Advisory Committee for Global Competence Development at Tsinghua University. He was previously appointed as the Chief Trade Representative for the Quebec Government Office in Hong Kong and Greater China, and was a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.
